The Job
To undertake software development projects within the Silverlake Group including locations in our overseas offices.
Responsibilities:

Participate in the complete software development life cycle.

Develop accurate and efficient computer programs according to specifications

Assist in design of systems and analysis of program specifications

Prepare test data, test scripts and test coded programs thoroughly to validate completeness and accuracy

Prepare development documentation (Functional, Program, User Specifications)

Maintain current knowledge of standard programming languages, coding methods, operational requirements

Assist in installation and deployment of system

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.

Good knowledge of programming fundamentals.

Proficient in any of the programming language / technology: RPG, Java, Visual Basic, .NET, ASP.net, C/C++.

- Assist in defining and documenting user requirement and functional documents for banking and business operations and processes.
- Assist in preparing test plans, test cases and test scripts for testing of application and system solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Answer Call customer calls with professionalism with the appropriate greeting script, acknowledge / confirm receipt of service requests
- Verifies and updates customer information in the Tracking System
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer problems
- Log all requests, problems and inquiries in the Customer Support Management System (CSMS), describing the problem, assigning appropriate category codes, troubleshooting steps performed and resolution information.
- Assign the proper Severity based on user impact and service level definitions as defined at the account.
- Provide customers with the request status information.
- Call/e-mail to follow up with the customer to confirm satisfaction for closure of request.

- Manage system administration on AS/400, Sun and Microsoft servers.
- Provides Servers documentation, procedures and technical assistances.
- Maintain internal processes for back-up, security, internet usage policy, software and hardware management

- To handle calls related to credit cards (cardholder)
- Work on 3 shift cycle
- Courteously handle call from cardholders related to credit card queries
- Promptly handle Lost Card, Fraud Card
- Identify Problem related to card
- To respond to calls promptly and accurately within the SLA
- Prompt stop cardholder facility when such request were made
- To frequently check and ensure to diagnose problem related to credit card system or equipment.
- To collectively ensure that performances are aligned towards achieving unit, section, department and group goals.
